How do I choose the right program or training for me?

Start by thinking about your main goal — fat loss, strength, mobility, or overall fitness. Then consider your experience level and how many days per week you can train. If you’re unsure, you can always book a short consultation with one of our instructors, who will help you choose the program that fits your body, lifestyle, and goals best.

What can I expect from a typical session or program?

Each session begins with a short warm-up and mobility work, followed by a structured main workout adapted to your level. You’ll finish with cooldown and stretching. Our programs are progressive, meaning each week builds on the previous one so you can improve safely and consistently with clear guidance from your instructor.

How do I sign up for a program or training?

Simply choose your program on our Programs page, complete the sign-up form, and confirm your payment. After that, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the details about your schedule, access, and next steps to start your training journey.

Are there any prerequisites for your programs?

No prior experience is required. Our programs are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced trainees. If you have an injury or medical condition, we recommend letting us know in advance so we can adapt the training to your needs and keep your progress safe and effective.

What is your refund policy if I’m not satisfied?

We strive to ensure that all our clients are satisfied with our services. If you’re not happy with your program or training, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We offer a full refund if you haven’t started the program, or a partial refund based on the remaining sessions if you’ve already begun.
