If you’re unsure, you can always book a short consultation with one of our instructors, who will help you choose the program that fits your body, lifestyle, and goals best.
What can I expect from a typical session or program?
Each session begins with a short warm-up and mobility work, followed by a structured main workout adapted to your level. You’ll finish with cooldown and stretching. Our programs are progressive, meaning each week builds on the previous one so you can improve safely and consistently with clear guidance from your instructor.
How do I sign up for a program or training?
Simply choose your program on our Programs page, complete the sign-up form, and confirm your payment. After that, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the details about your schedule, access, and next steps to start your training journey.
